PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

DESIGNER/DRAFTER/SOLE PROPRIETOR
- Design of buildings – designed and drafted working drawings for various residential and commercial projects prior to BCIN registration. Continued to design residential buildings after becoming qualified in BCIN for House and Designer/Legal
- Developed blueprints for various renovations and additions for both commercial and residential buildings
- Designed exterior grade levels to compliment exterior elevations of residences
- Presentation drawings – utilized different rendering techniques including: Architectural Desktop 3.3, Punch Professional 3D and various hand renderings
- Business management – started and maintained Whatever You Want Design after several years as a contract designer
